I take on very few clients. That's intentional. Real change requires genuine attention — the kind that isn't possible at scale.
My background spans competitive CrossFit coaching, personal training, and years of studying holistic wellness — drawing on everything from nutrition philosophy to elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. What that means in practice: I look at the full picture, not just your training log.
